Why choose Zealifi for RSA?
We are an Approved RSA training provider on the NSW Liquor and Gaming website. (Academy Hospitality Australia: Australian Consulting & Training Solutions Pty Ltd & Zealifi)
We like our students to think a little more deeply and we like to give them extra by sharing our hospitality insights and experience. With the Zealifi course, students won’t just get the ‘must haves’ of legal obligations but also the ‘why’ and the ‘how to do it better’. That includes how to recognise signs of intoxication and strategies to deal with difficult situations and refusing service. Alcohol is a major part of the hospitality industry and, although this is primarily a compliance course, you can’t go past a splash of extra panache in your cocktail.
“I enjoyed the opportunity to participate in your Responsible Service of Alcohol training session today. The presentation was highlighted by your ability to present the big picture and formal framework of Liquor Law and combine it with very practical operational delivery which made it relevant to everyone attending the session. I am new to club land Boards and found your talk provided at least ten ideas for me to test policy and strategic thinking against. Enjoyed your presentation style, case studies and antidotes and you provided value added over doing the course on-line. I related strongly to your customer service culture focus and valuing staff as an asset that makes the business successful.” Ken Culpitt, Board Member, Twin Towns Clubs and Resorts (referring to our wonderful trainer, Patty White)
“I had the pleasure of being taught by your amazing trainer Patty White at Twin Towns resort Mon 27th June 2016. I found Patty to engaging, very knowable, humanistic and an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. I myself have been in the hospitality industry for the last 30 years and have taught for the last 12. It was so refreshing to find a trainer that is passionate about the industry we represent.” Sara Charleson, Aurora Training
